Here comes one of the most exciting reviews I have ever done because thanks to my boss – this month is going to be dedicated to FOOD (aka snack)! Of course I’m not talking about the bad junk food, but everything you want to and ought to eat (in a healthier version):-
When I don’t feel like coffee, I always opt for a golden latte, with organic turmeric, saffron and ginger… as this is a great pick me up drink that you can make in no time. I absolutely love how quickly and easily you could have a cup of warm aromatic caffeine-free latte with the perfect ratio of spices! It has no sugar too, which is perfect so you can add sugar to your own liking of sweetness.

This is a super food energy bar that is made of 100% natural ingredients. I think it tastes more like a ‘date’ energy bar instead of a chocolate one with a hint of orange flavour – I personally would have preferred a stronger ‘chocolate’ taste but without any of the unhealthy ingredients you would expect in a chocolate, but this is a great alternative too… if you like a chocolate and orange flavoured snack!

I cannot tell you how much I love this because this vegan chocolate has already become one of my favourite go-to chocolate. It has the perfect sweetness with a hint of sea salt and the toasted rice gives it a nice crunchiness too! If you are looking for chocolate that doesn’t contain any dairy or refined sugar, I would totally recommend this to you – the perfect healthy indulgence!

You will not want to miss out on this if you are a big coconut and macaroon fan like me. Unlike traditional macaroons that contain a high amount of fat and sugar (basically things you do not want me to mention), this healthy macaroon only contains simple ingredients as well as antioxidant goodness your body wants! It can be a little grainy because it is made out of shredded coconut but definitely a winner if you are craving for macaroons but do not want to have high sugar or fat intake! (Cute packaging too!)

If you don’t like super dark chocolate bars, you will definitely love this 60% cacao chocolate. It still tastes very chocolaty without being too sweet or too bitter (plus it has the perfect hint of a berry flavour). It is not overly fruity too and has a very smooth texture. If I’m craving for a more fruity chocolate this is definitely one of my go-to! (FYI… it only contains super simple and healthy ingredients.)

I have to be really honest with you guys here… I don’t really like this protein bar. It has a very grainy texture and is too sweet for my liking. With ingredients like dates I feel the coconut nectar is not necessary because it is already sweet enough. The berry flavour doesn’t really taste like berries too (more like a random sour taste). When trying a few protein bars out there in the market, there are definitely better ones that I prefer! But with 15g of protein per bar and also a paleo/vegan product, it is definitely worth a try!

Just in case you still cannot make it out, let me tell you that I am a huge chocolate fan – for a dark chocolate lover like me this has the perfect acidic after taste without being too strong. It has a very rich and pure chocolaty taste and excellent melt-in-the- mouth super smooth and creamy texture!
