How To Build Self Esteem?

Sometimes, often without reason, we can feel a little down on ourselves. There can be lots of reasons for not feeling confident, including career struggles, relationship issues, or even just your general emotional state. You know what they say - how can you love someone else if you don’t love yourself? There are many ways that you can build up your self-esteem if you’re not feeling too confident. #1 Positive Affirmations

You know that inner voice you can always hear? You do have some control over it. Tell yourself how good you look when you wake up in the morning, nourish yourself with loving words and kindness: “I am special, I am important, I am worth it”. You’d be surprised how much difference being kind to yourself has on your psyche.  

#2 Journal Your Life

Keep a diary of things that happen in your life. Sometimes, it’s easy to only look at the bad and forget the good. If you’re feeling down on yourself, look back at the record you’ve made - you might discover that there’s a lot more good in your life than you thought!
