How to get out of a slump FAST?

Have you ever had that mid-afternoon low where you’ve eaten lunch, you’ve got things to finish and the end of the day still seems so far away? For me, it’s like my brain has turned to mush and I can’t concentrate on anything. You may lose productivity and focus, and the quality of your work begins to suffer. This lack of productive brain function isn’t limited to only the working day either. Sometimes it’s hard to be energised on your off-days! There are lots of ways you can boost your brain into resetting and most of them are super easy to do. Here are just a few.  

#1 Meditate

Meditation holds so many amazing health benefits and it is a practice that you can change and adapt to suit you. You can do this for a long period of time, but actually you only need around 15 minutes to free your mind of any thoughts and achieve mindfulness.
