Anxiety Coping Technique for You, According to Your Star Sign

Dealing with anxiety is very challenging. I for one have been suffered from it for quite some time now. And I’m so glad you’ve clicked on this article and taken the first step to cope with what you’re going through – whether it be anxious feelings or an anxiety disorder. Now, I understand it’s not going to be easy, but remember, you CAN get back control of your anxiety – every little step you take IS going to make a difference.   Below are some anxiety coping techniques that we think you should try according to your star sign.  

Aries (March 21 - April 19): Journaling

We (an Aries here) are bold and ambitious when it comes to encountering obstacles, though challenges are our frenemies. It’s what makes us go beyond our limits, but it also makes us impulsive when making decisions just because that’s what I want to do. Journaling is a great anxiety coping technique for us. Writing allows us to reflect what we’ve written and what we’re going to write, the process of which gives us the time to just stop and think. It allows us to challenge our thoughts and help us see things more clearly.  

Taurus (April 20 - May 20): Aromatherapy

Love and beauty perfectly encapsulate how you appreciate and do things. You are determined to perfectionism if you’ve decided to do something. Your resilience, however, might be what’s preventing you from trying out new things and changes.
