Also, working for five hours at a desk without taking a break is now proven to be as harmful as chain-smoking, even if you are working out at the end of the day. So, I’m really glad that by working for myself I can have more movement during my day, and that I don’t have to be chained to a desk for 13 hours a day. I really enjoy the freedom that comes with it and that I can work from anywhere in the world, be that at home, in a co-working space or on a beach…as long as there is Wi-Fi.”
