What's your work week like?

My working day starts with waking up at 6 a.m. I always start the day with a cup of warm water with lemon and ginger, which helps to stimulate detox. I then either meditate to clear my mind or spend 45 minutes on a Peloton bike ride. This is now becoming my new favourite workout. After re-boosting my energy, I start work from home at 7:45 a.m. and usually finish off in between 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. I like to cook, then relax my brain by watching some mindless TV or documentaries from 8 to 9 p.m. Or, read for 20 minutes before falling asleep around 10:30 p.m.  

What are the signs when you’re under stress? 

I typically lose my appetite and can forget to eat at times. Under normal circumstances, I am often going from meeting to meeting and can quite easily lose track of time. So, I wear our Functional Fragrance, an anti-stress supplement in the scent form, which helps me reset during times of high stress.
